If you’re wondering just what are the health benefits of probiotics, you’re in luck because I’m about to tell you. I have used several brands of probiotics with different mixtures of strains and have always been happy with the results. Of course I eat yogurt as well, but I’m not sure how much of the active cultures make it to my intestines. The probiotics are a great option for my husband too, who despises yogurt.
