After you get out drop and give me as many crunches as you can do without stopping… go until you wear yourself out!! FEEL THE BURN!!
Next do 3 sets of leg lifts. ((Each set should have 15 reps)) But if you are first starting out and that many is to difficult for you just do 10 reps. Work your way up to 15 in about 3 to 4 days.
Now do 50 crunches!!
Next comes 100 twists…
Finally sit down again and do as many crunches as you can without stopping…
