If you just can’t help yourself and the urges you have for being with a co-worker are becoming stronger there are a few tips that may work. In office romances the concerns are usually efforts to keep the romance quieting order to avoid gossip and if it doesn’t work out it can cause problems in the workplace costing both of you your jobs.     Find other things you two can share as a couple outside of the workplace. This will prevent you from only having conversations about work.

    Don’t send each other emails at work because this leaves a paper trail in which the company will find out about your romance. Work e-mails are viewed by the company periodically.
