Three Easy Shrimp Recipes

Try these three easy shrimp recipes.

 Shrimp Ka-Bobs

Ingredients:

12 large peeled shrimp

12 pineapple pieces

12 whole mushrooms

3/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions for Shrimp Ka-Bobs:

Marinate the shrimp in half of the teriyaki sauce for about thirty minutes. Using metal or wooden skewers, alternate shrimp, pineapple and mushrooms onto skewers. Place skewers on preheated grill for about five minutes on each side or until shrimp are cooked. Baste with remaining teriyaki sauce.

Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

12 large peeled shrimp

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 small onion, cut up

1/2 stalk celery, cut up

1 small green pepper, cut up

1 large tomato, cut up

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

Parsley

Oregano

Salt Pepper

1/2 cup white wine

Directions for Shrimp in Tomato Sauce:

In a large skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil for five minutes on each side. Add the parsley, oregano, onion, celery and green pepper. Cook for about seven minutes. Add the tomato, tomato sauce and wine and slowly simmer for about ten minutes.

Shrimp with Noodles

Ingredients:

12 medium shrimp, cooked and cut up

2 packages ramen noodles, shrimp flavor, with seasoning packets

1 small green pepper, cut into pieces

1 small red pepper, cut into pieces

1 small onion, cut into pieces

1 four ounce container sour cream

1 cup water

Salt

Pepper

Directions for Shrimp with Noodles:

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles, green pepper, red pepper and onion. Boil for five minutes. Add shrimp, sour cream, ramen seasoning packets, salt and pepper. Mix together. Heat for five to ten minutes over medium heat.
