How to work out your full body in 20 minutes

   Get the best out of this full body workout. Everyone these days are very busy and don’t have enough time for themselves. This is the perfect workout for those individuals. You are doing exercises within 30 minutes that will work on toning all of your muscles. You work core muscles, chest, shoulders, triceps, and quads just to name a few. With just a few reps of push-uos, sitting tall, the cycle squat and curl as well as side lunge and press.You can save time, tone your body and burn calories in about 20 minutes two or three times a week.

  1. Step 1

    Left side lunge and press
    Works your: butt, thighs, shoulders, core
    Lunge to the left side while raising the dumbbells over your head. Push off your left foot while balancing on your right foot and raise your left leg out to the side as you bring the weights back down.

  2. Step 2

    Push up
    Works your: chest, shoulders, triceps
    In three counts lower yourself while changing the pace of your push-ups. Push yourself halfway up in one count, return down for a one-count and then come back to the start position in a one -count

  3. Step 3

    The cycle
    Works your: Obliques, lower abs
    Lie on your back with knees bent and abs tight. While twisting your torso toward the right so that your left shoulder points toward your knee lift yourself forward. Hold each twist for one count. For better results strap on ankle weights.

  4. Step 4

    Sitting tall
    Works your: Core muscles, arms, chest, back, legs and butt
    With legs extended on the floor feet flexed and palms down next to your hips while sitting tall. Lift your hips toward the ceiling while contracting your abs and glutes.

  5. Step 5

    Curl and squat
    Works your: Quads, hamstrings, butt, biceps
    Slightly lower your body to bend your knees, with arms alongside your body. Leap and land in squat position and lift dumbbells up to your shoulders
