How to Make Maccheroni Pizza
1 pack of maccheroni pasta
4 or 5 tablespoons of butter
Half a cup of bread crumbs
3 ounces of provolone cheese
Half a cup of grated parmesan cheese
Parsley and basil leaves (1 -3 each)
A pinch of salt and pepper
The following recipe makes a maccheroni pizza pie and it serves about four to six people and it takes about forty five minutes to prepare and cook.
First thing to do is to get a cake pan and spread the butter at the bottom and add the bread crumbs and shake it a bit.
Clean the parsley and basil leaves and mince them, cut the provolone cheese in small pieces and the cut the salami (without the outer layer).
Now boil the pasta and drain it a minute before the package directions and mix it with two tablespoons of butter and set it aside in a bowl and at this point preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then beat the five eggs with the grated parmesan cheese and add a pinch of salt and pepper well and add to the pasta with butter and mix well.
Now pour half the mix in the cake pan and add the provolone cheese and salami and then pour the rest of the pasta on tope and add one tablespoon of butter and the grated parmesan cheese on top, and bake in the oven until you see a crust forming on the top layer (maybe about five minutes) before serving.
