How to Make a Basic Pizza Recipe

½ pound of flour

1 ounce of yeast

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

This is a fun recipe on how to make the basis for pizza, which simple can be served instead of bread.

First thing to do is to put the yeast in a cup and pour some warm water on top, until it gets diluted. Then pour the flour (three quarters of it) on the table, and add the pinch of salt, then in the central area (which is of a hole form) pour the diluted yeast.

Next from the borders start adding some water to the flour mix, and work with a fork to move it around and keep on adding water very slowly until you get a consistent and elastic mix that you can work with.

Then put it in a bowl and cover it with a pan and let it levitate for three hours at room temperature, the mix should double in size.

Once it is ready place it on a flat surface (like a table) and add the flour and work with it and preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then place it in a oven bake pan with the olive oil on top, with the borders overflowing over at about one inch and then fold them and thin out with your fingers.

Bake the pizza in the heated oven for thirty minutes, then take it out and serve immediately, this is great for a snack too.
