Skillet Steaks and Vegetable Recipe

Do you love steaks? If you like then, you are on the right page. Cooking steaks in a skillet with vegetables is a good combination. It also poured with vitamins and minerals.

Enjoy this delicious way of cooking steaks. You can cook and serve this food at anytime you want. You can also serve this recipe like holiday occasions such as birthdays, welcoming guess and during Christmas. Below are the ingredients and method which is easy to follow . The ingredients are available at your any leading supermarkets. Cooking is one of everybody’s favorite passion. Eating is everybody’s favorite breaktime. Just prepare your skillet or frying pan and you are good to go.

 The Ingredients:

3 pounds sirloin steak, cut 1/2 inch thick

4 tablespoons butter

3 cups peeled, cubed potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 and 1/2 cups chopped onions

1 and 1/2 cups tomatoes

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon ground dried chili peppers

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

1-8 ounce can green peas , drained

 The Method:

Cut the steak into narrow strips. Melt the butter in a skillet or frying pan. Saute the potatoes until browned. Remove.Heat the oil in the skillet, cook the steak in it over high heat for about 3 minutes longer, shaking the pan frequently. Remove steak. In the oil remaining in the skillet, saute the onions for about 5 minutes. Mix in the tomatoes, salt, and chili peppers, cook over low heat for about 10 minutes mixing occasionally. Taste for serving. You can also serve this with hot rice.
