BOIL PASTA: Cook 8 oz. of colored Rotini pasta according to package directions and make sure pasta is al dente. Drain and rinse with very cold water. Drain again. Transfer cold, drained pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Add 1 C chopped onion, 1 C chopped celery, 1 chopped tomato, and a 14 oz. can of red salmon. Mix well to combine.
MAKE DRESSING: In a smaller bowl, mix together with small whisk, 2/3 C mayonnaise, 2 T. Grey Poupon mustard, and 6 T. chopped fresh dill OR 4 T. dried dill.
Pour dressing all over the pasta mixture and gently toss together to combine. Put salad in the refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
