Recipe for spaghetti bolognese

Here is my free spaghetti bolognese recipe. You will need: 500 grams of mince, two onions, finely chopped, a carrot, also finely chopped, a few mushrooms, thinly sliced, a half a green capsicum, five cloves of garlic, (crushed), and either a jar or two of the tomato sauce that comes in a jar, ready made for cooking bolognese, or tomato paste. This is the best spaghetti bolognese I ever had.

You start by browning the mince in a little oil on a medium high heat, and add the onion as well. Then you add all the other ingredients except the mushroom and garlic. You want to add those about half way through. You turn the heat down until it is just gently simmering, a medium low heat, and you stir it every now and then as you cook it down gently for the next hour or two. Some bolognese recipes, call for it to be cooked all day long. You boil the pasta, making sure that it is not too overcooked or undercooked, (throwing it against the wall and seeing if it sticks is a good way of judging), and you are done. Serve it up on top of of the pasta with a little bit of parmesan cheese, or whatever cheese you like, (fresh is best), and there you have it. Spaghetti bolognese. Good cheap wholesome italian food. If you like, you can make garlic bread by mixing a clove of crushed garlic with about 100 grams of melted butter, wait till the butter has cooled, spread onto a nice roll, cover in foil and cook in an oven at about 200 degrees celsius (hot), for about ten minutes.
