Take supplements. Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium and a multivitamin can go a long way to helping you look younger.

Drink plenty of water. A lack of water leads to dark circles and dry skin, which can make you look older. Drinking plenty of water flushes out toxins too, and leads to a brighter, healthier complexion. This tip is easy, nearly free, and natural. I would encourage everyone to try this one.

Drink 3 cups of green tea per day. It’s full of EGCG, a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are great cell protectors of the skin.

Use very little or no powder on your face. Especially if you have dry skin, stop using powder. You don’t need it, and it will just settle into any fine lines and accentuate them.

Cut back on the sugar. A process of sugar consumption called glycation breaks your skin down by decreasing elasticity and firmness. Instead of sugary treats, try to eat an orange a day, which fills you up with a full day’s supply of vitamin
