Things You’ll Need:

  • Tequila of your choice
  • Triple Sec
  • Dash of Lime Juice
  • Sour Mix
  • Splash of OJ
  • Bar Mixing Can (Shaker)
  • Ice
  • Lime & Salt
  • Margarita Glass

Using your shaking Can measure one scoop of ice which on an adult hand is equal to the size of your hand if you hold directly on the bottom of the can. This is your line you will use to measure your pours.

Into the previously scooped ice add a 4 count of tequila (1 Oz.) & a 2 Count of Triple Sec (1/2 oz). After adding these counts fill to only the top of the ice with sour mix or Margarita Mix dependent on what you have on hand. After doing this add 1 splash of Lime Juice.

Dependent on your preference Salt or not, take a fresh lime wedge and rim a margarita glass. If you choose to add salt after rimming the glass aka getting a coat of fresh lime juice on it dip it into the salt of your preference.

After salting your glass if your ice level and pours are correct shake for 8 – 10 seconds mixing all ingredients and without straining the ice add to the margarita glass. This will fill up to the top of the margarita glass. If you would like to add a special twist instead of lime juice splash add a splash of OJ it is delicious.
