Pork roll with apricot sauce

The recipe serves 4. It is not easy for preparation but it is very, very delicious. The time for preparation is about 3 hours and 20 minutes.


1 kg and a half pork meat

1 onion

100 gr butter

20 gloves of garlic

Salt to taste

50 gr fried crumbs

1 egg

Black pepper powder


For the dressing:

Salt to taste

250 gr pasta

For the sauce:

3 apricot

1 onion

10 gloves of garlic


125 white semi-dry wine

2 table spoons butter

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tea spoon bier

Method of preparation:

Chop the onion and the garlic and fry them into a frying pan with butter. Salt them and cool them. Add the beaten egg, the black pepper powder and the crumbs. Chop the dill finely and add it to the mixture. The so prepared products have to be put onto the meat. Make the roll and sew it. Put the meat into the baking pan and bake for three hours. After the first hour the sauce from the meat has to be poured onto the roll.

The ingredients for the sauce have to be prepared in the following way: cut the apricots, the onion and the garlic. Boil them for 15 minutes and with the help of a mixer make the mixture. Then add the herbs, the butter, the mustard with bear and the wine. The pasta has to be cooked and salted. Place the pasta into a bowl and pour with the sauce. Cut the roll into pieces and place it onto the top of the plate. You can decorate with salad around the pasta. Enjoy it!
