Dieting is the worst thing you can do to your body because you’re depriving your body with the correct / normal amount it needs for normal functioning and for normal metabolic rate. Losing weight shouldn’t be quick because your body would suffer if you try to force it lose weight through starvation or diet pills. Pills has bad effects on your brain too, most of the time it raise the risk of anxiety attacks. If you read the book of Susan Powter “Stop the Insanity” you would know the real way to lose weight safely and I’ve been using this years now for maintenance of what I have and it has been effective to me. The secret involves eating the right food (usually home cooked meals) and eliminate the fats. Eating the regular food and not processed has many good effects on you; less cholesterol, less preservatives thus keeping you away from cancer and other cardiac illnesses.

Your body already have fats and you should minimize eat fatty food like pork, sugar, and oils. You can eat anything except fatty food so your body would use the available fats you have in your body.

Another secret is to breath adequate oxygen. One should breathe properly, inhale from the nose, exhale from the mouth. You can search in the net the proper breathing exercises. It’s good for your lungs and oxygen dissolves fats. Proper breathing like inhaling from the nose, exhaling from the mouth might be a little awkward at first but it is really effective.

Last way is to exercise, you should move and do exercise. Do you wonder why kids don’t get fat easily; because they move and play frequent – they keep live active! You should do things to relax yourself and not to be too pressured being fat. Meditation, Yoga and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) are good stress relievers. Remember the more you worry about being fat, the more you feed your brain about that idea and the less the brain would be responsive in the eagerness to get slim.
