Before you start reading further, remember that there is no possible way to get abs through simply exercising. You must first lower your body fat. Remember, we all have abs; fat is just covering it. So depending on how much body fat you have, try reducing it as much as possible through running, swimming, diets , being active, and eating smaller portions.
The first exercise is called the forward bend. Start with your feet wide apart, knees bent, and arms overhand with palms facing inward. Then, lift your right leg, knee slightly bent, your thigh parallel to the ground. Keeping your knee lifted and arms up, while bringing your torso and knee toward each other as close as you can. Try doing a set of 10-20.
The next is called a seesaw. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with hands on hips. Lift your right leg, knee slightly bent, thigh parallel to ground with foot flexed. Straighten right leg, pressing heel toward floor, as you lean torso backward.
Side-winder: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and knees bent, with hands clasped behind your head and elbows pointed out to the sides. Lift your right leg to the side side with knee bent, and your thigh parallel to the ground. While keeping knee lifted, bend your torso to the right, bringing the elbow and knee toward one another.
Standing bicycle: Stand with feet apart, your knees bent, and hands clasped behind head and elbows pointed out. Straighten left leg as you lift your right leg and thigh parallel to floor. While keeping your knee lifted and steady, twist your torso towards your right.
