Indian Beef Stew

1 Pound of lean Beef

1 tomatoe diced

1 onion chopped

4 chilies chopped

2 potatoes diced

1/2 cup frozen green beans

1.2 cup carrots diced

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon tumeric

pinch mustard seed

salt and pepper

Cut beef into small bite size pieces add to fry pan along with mustard seeds. Cook until beef is tender nd mustard seeds have cracked.

In a lage pot combine onions and chilies with 2 cups of water. After the beef is cooked through and browned add a small amount of water to deglaze the pan and add to large pot. Add diced potaoes and the rest of the ingredients to pot except for milk. Add tumeric and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add milk and its ready to eat.

You may add whatever combination of vegtables you would like but this makes a wonderful spicy dish that is sure to please. If you like your food with more kick than add more chilies to the mix. You may serve with dosa if desired.

This dish is wonderful on one of those cold days. It will warm you from the inside out. Enjoy
