Standing over the oven waiting for dinner can be frustrating and in today’s times, let’s face it, who has the time? This is a great quick and easy pot roast recipe that can be thrown in the crockpot in the morning and ready when you arrive home. Quick, easy and yummy!
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 3 Pound Chuck Roast, Fat Trimmed
- 1 Package Lipton Onion and Mushroom Soup Mix
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
Gather the following ingredients: 1 3 Pound Chuck Roast – Fat Trimmed, 1 Package Lipton Onion and Mushroom Soup Mix, 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
Place chuck roast into crockpot. Empty can of soup over the top, sprinkle with soup mix. Add the vinegar.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with your favorite sides.
