How to Make Baked Chicken Salad – Casserole

A wonderful dinner that kids will love!  This is a healthy and creative, super easy casserole.  Try this one tonight!!

Gather together the following ingredients:

3 Cups cooked chicken

1 ½ Cups Sliced Celery

2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

2 Teaspoons Chopped Onion

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 ½ Teaspoon Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Medium Tomato Sliced

1 ½ Cups Crushed Ritz Crackers

 Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.  Combine the chicken, celery, 1 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings, and enough mayonnaise to moisten.  Mix. Spoon into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish.  Top with tomato slices.  Bake for 35 minutes.  Top with crushed Ritz crackers remaining cheese.  Bake a few more minutes until that cheese is melted.
