- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 2 Tablespoons butter at room temperature

Add two tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3/4 cup flour. Mix until smooth. Turn out onto floured table. Knead in remaining 3/4 cup flour. Knead two to four minutes.
Roll out dough into rectangle eight by ten inches. Spread 1/4 cup butter on dough. Then sprinkle two tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Then roll up and put into bread pan.
Let rise until double in size, about thirty to fourty five minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for about twenty to twenty five minutes. If you wish, you may frost when almost cooled.
I’ve never actually tried this recipie, it was my families and everyone seems to love it, but I’m not big on bread unless it’s white bread, haha, we are a good ol’ southern family who loves their white bread. I do believe you can make it in a bread maker, but I’ve never tried, though I’m sure you could.
As always, feedback is welcome, actually if I get enough I’ll even make it and try it myself. Again, I’ve never tried it but everyone in my family seems to love it that includes the little ones and the really picky eaters, they said it’s great when it’s warm and fresh out of the oven/bread maker with a tiny bit of butter.
