Best Diet Ever
Ingredients for soup:
6 Large Onions
2 Green Peppers
2 Cans of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Bunch of Celery
Half Head of White Cabbage
2 Vegetable Stock Cubes
2 Pure Onion Stock Cubes (available from health shops)
V8 Juice (available from supermarkets)
Season with salt, pepper, parsley etc
Cut vegetables into small / medium pieces & cover with water and V8 juice. This will add flavour and spice to the soup. Boil fast for 10 minutes, reduce to simmer & continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want * at any time of the day. This soup will not add calories, the more you eat the more you will lose. If eaten alone for indefinite you will suffer from malnutrition. Fill a flask in the morning if you will be away from home during the day. The soup may be blended if you wish.
Day 1 – Fruit
Your first day will consist of fruit (except bananas) and your soup. Cantaloupes & watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits. For drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.
Day 2 – Vegetables
All fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Eat until you are full, try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want as well as your soup. At dinner today reward yourself with a baked potato & butter. Eat all the soup you want on this day but NO fruit.
Day 3 – Fruit & Vegetables
Mix day one & day 2, eat all the soup, fruit and vegetables you want on this day but NO baked potato.
Day 4 – Bananas & skinned milk
Eat as many as 8 bananas & drink as many glasses of skimmed milk as you can on this day, along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories & carbohydrates * so is milk, but on this day of your diet your body needs potassium, carbohydrates, protein & calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.
Day 5 – Beef & Tomatoes
You may have 10 – 20 ounces of beef & a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water to wash away the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once.
Day 6 – Beef and vegetables
Eat to your hearts content beef and vegetables this day. You can have 2-3 steaks with leafy green vegetables, but No baked potato. Be sure to eat your soup at least once on this day.
Day 7 – Brown Rice, Vegetables & Fruit Juice
Eat as much as you like of brown rice, vegetables & unsweetened fruit juices. Be sure you eat your soup at least once this day.
At the end of the 7 days if you have not cheated you will have lost 10-17lbs. If you have lost more than 17lbs, stay off the diet for 2 days before resuming from day 1.
This diet does not lend itself to the consumption of alcohol at any time. Go off the diet at least 24hrs before any alcohol intake. If you develop any change in your bowel movements eat a cup of bran & fibre. Although you may have black coffee with your diet, you will find you do not feel the need for caffeine after the third day.
No bread, alcohol or carbonated drinks. Stick to water, unsweetened fruit juices & skimmed milk. No fried food. You may eat grilled or baked chicken instead of beef, but absolutely no skin. If you prefer you may substitute grilled fish on only one of the beef days. You must have the protein from the beef on the other day.
The fat burning soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry in the day & eat as much as you like. The soup will not add calories, the more you eat the more you will lose.
Any prescribed medications will not hurt you on this diet. Continue the plan as long as you wish and feel the difference in more mental and physical disposition.
If correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities & give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only a few days of this process you will begin to feel lighter & have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish.
