When you want to lose weight, you have to start eating healthy food. You should familiarize yourself with healthy food. Fast food and junk food are not healthy but many of us eat it on a daily basis which is why we gain weight so quickly. If you want to lose weight, you have to start eating healthily. Sugar is converted to fat by our bodies so you have to stay away from sugar. Sugar will make you gain weight over night. Sugar is converted to fat by insulin if your body doesn’t use it right away. This is why eating sugar will make you gain weight more than anything else. The body is a chemical conversion machine and it will convert sugar to fat. It doesn’t do this with any other food. Even meat won’t get converted to fat because the body doesn’t convert it to fat. The body only converts it for enzyme use and it excretes it out of your system. This is why you don’t gain weight when you eat protein but you will gain weight when you eat sugary food.
