Thoughts on Losing weight

Losing weight is difficult but as you put in time and effort you will see results. It doesn’t happen over night. I observed it in my family and saw that my brother couldn’t lose the weight he wanted to lose because he was exercising little and eating too much. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat less and exercise more. How can you lose weight if you eat too much but don’t exercise enough to get rid of the food that you have ingested? It’s impossible to lose weight if you eat a lot of food but don’t exercise enough. It’s best to eat and exercise daily.

Many people find themselves with weight problems and that is because they don’t exercise or eat right. They eat a 3000 calories diet with no exercise and they expect to lose weight which is not going happen. If you want to lose weight you have to eat right and exercise right too. You have to do everything and not just one thing. If you eat a 3000 calories diet but you don’t exercise, chances are you won’t lose weight either. It’s hard to lose weight if you don’t exercise. You have to eat right and exercise daily in order to lose weight. It’s like a bank; the less you put in the less you will have in there. So if you eat less, you will have less to burn. If you eat a lot, you will have to burn a lot of calories. It’s tough to burn calories unless you workout daily. Most people don’t work out daily and that is the problem.

It’s a fair game and that is if you want to lose weight, you will have to start working out daily. You will have to ground yourself and eat less. The fewer calories you take in the less you will have to burn. If you’re going to eat more, you will have to work out more. If you eat more but don’t work out, you won’t lose weight that way. It’s a fair game; you will have to work out all the food that you take in. I used to have weight problems too but I learn that you have to eat right and work out in order to lose weight. It doesn’t come that easily. I used to eat the wrong kind of food at the wrong time of the day and I expect to lose weight which impossible. I usually eat in the night time before. I ate the wrong kind of food like sugary food and fast food but I expected to lose weight with minimal exercise which didn’t happen. I learned now that I have to avoid the wrong kind of food and exercise daily in order to lose weight.
