Cox is vacationing in the Philippines where her mother is originally from. While in the country she paid a courtesy call on President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in Malacanang Palace.

Cox, who was born without arms, has grabbed news headlines when she became the first woman pilot in aviation history without arms. A psychology graduate at the University of Arizona, the 26-year-old Cox does more than normal woman her age do with the use of her feet.
