Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii was a hot seller this holiday season and now many people are wondering the best way to unlock all of the hidden and secret characters in the popular Nintendo game.
One of the last secret characters to unlock in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii is Wolf, and like the other chracters in the game, there are three ways to do so.
Unlocking Wolf is a tough challenge even for Super Smash Bros. Brawl veterans but it is worth it to round out your roster of characters for multi-player battles in this extremely fun Wii game.
How to Unlock Wolf in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii
The least challenging but most time-consuming way to unlock Wolf in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii is to simply play 450 matches in brawl mode then beat Wolf in a fight when he challenges you.
Another way, the second that is, is to beat the boss rush mode (which is unlocked by beating the Subspace Emissary or SSE mode and is located in the stadium/solo category), then beat Wolf in a fight, much like in the first way to unlock Wolf in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii.
The third way to unlock Wolf in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii is a bit trickier, however. To unlock him in this way, play as Fox on the 14th stage and then head to the area with lots of mountains. This area has a lot of moving platforms and fire hazards for reference.
Mid-way through stage 14 of the main game a platform carries your character down into a deep pit. When this happens you want to skip entering the first door and then enter the second one you see instead, where you will fight Wolf. Defeat him to unlock his character for use in other modes.
