Pork meat with vegetables

One of the recipes which is suitable for every day use. The way of preapring it is not the traditional one that everybody knows.But the method of preparing the recipe is easy and does not take lots of time. It serves 4-5 people.Time of preparation an hour and a half.


500 gr pork meat

3 eggs

2 leeks

3 carrots

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1/2 cup of mushrooms

1/2 cup peas

1 cup yogurt

1 cup water

4 tablespoons flour

soya sauce


salt to taste

For the dressing:either 1/2 kg cooked rice or 1 kg smashed potatoes

Method of preparation:

Prepare a mixture of yogurt,water, 3 table spoons flourflour and eggs. In a sauce pan fry an omelette from this mixture.Cut it into stripes and place it in a plate. In the frying pan add the oil and fry the meat cut into stripes. All the vegetables should be chopped into stripes,too. Add them to the meat and continue frying. Put the peas and the mushrooms.Then salt to taste. Add the soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes. The fourth table spoon of flour should be mixed with water. Add this mixture to the meat and the vegetables.

Serve the dish into the following way:

either onto the cooked rice or smashed potatoes put the meat with all the vegetables and pour with sauce. On the top place the stripes from the omelette. In a small bowl you can put some yogurt and serve it together with the dish. Enjoy it!
