Fish in beer

Fish is always tasty but in beer it is in one word:wonderful.The dish is healthy and tasty at the same time.Try it and enjoy it. Time for preparation of this strange recipe is about an hour and a half.It serves 4 people.


1 kg white fish

50 gr apple vinegar (it could be another one,but with apple vinegar is better)

1 glass water (bout 200-250 gr)

500 gr beer(it could be the cheapest beer on the matket but if the quality of the beer is good,the taste of your fish would be great)

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup crumps

2 green peppers

1 red pepper

salt to taste

black pepper powder

1 lemon peel

Method of preparation:

Prepare a marinade from the water and the apple vinegar. Cut the fish into portions and pour the marinade onto it. Leave the fish into the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile pour itno a sauce pan the beer and add the butter. Stir until the butter is melted. Chop the red and green pepper into thin slices.The next step is to add the fish to the beer and butter. Then,it is time for the vegetables.Put them into the sauce pan,too. Grate the lemon peel onto the dish.Salt to taste and sprinkle the black pepper powder. Cook for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the crumbs and fry the dish witht hem.

The dish could be served with fresh or stewed vegetables.You can drink beer or wine with the dish.Tasty,is it not?!
