I tasted this recipe at an in-home party given by one of my friends. She put it together a little differently, but it tasted the same as this version—wonderful! I didn’t ask her for the name, but my head came up with the chocolate fluff part because that is what it reminds me of. I love to bake and love chocolate too. I am always ready, willing and able to try a new recipe. My husband and my children love it when I try new desserts. We are brownie lovers in my family too, so anytime there is something new to try with brownies, we are happy people. Have fun baking this new version of brownies with your family!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 box or recipe of your favorite Brownies for a 9 X 13 inch pan
- 1 package (4-serving size) Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 Cups cold Milk
- 8 oz. Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
- Chocolate Curls
Bake the brownies according to the box directions or your recipe. While brownies are cooling to a “warm” state, prepare the Chocolate Fluff in a mixing bowl:
Combine the Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix and the 2 Cups of cold Milk. Beat well with wire whisk. Set pudding bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or so to get firm. Stir.
With wire whisk, fold the whipped Topping into the chilled chocolate pudding.
While brownies are still warm, cut and serve with generous dollops of Chocolate Fluff on top. Garnish with Chocolate curls. Enjoy!
