How to Make a Hot Tea as a Home Remedy for Bronchitis
There are many herbal websites and alternate medicine website that will tell the many health benefits of cayenne, garlic, gingerand sage. Each have strong curative properties and as well as other health benefits. Not to mention they are some very good herbal spices that enhances the taste of your food. Fresh ingredients are very much preferred but the house kitchen variety will work well but not quite as potent.
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper (used to help break up the congestion)
1/2 teaspoon of Sage (good for throat infections)
1 teaspoon of Ginger (many curative properties)
1 clover of Garlic (1/2 the clover to be eaten / 1/2 to put in mixture)
Mix the cayenne pepper, sage and ginger in a cup. Fill the cup with steaming hot water and the add the crush or sliced garlic. Let steep for 20-30 minutes. Strain the tea and garglr then swallow. The half of garlic that is to b eaten can be eaten while the tea is steeping.
This should be done 3-4 times a day for approximately 10 days. This is the recommended time for many health websites.
Before using any herbal alternative medicine research what it is the herb is to do and what are its desired effects and side-effects.
If you desire the tea can be separated so that you are making a separate tea of with the garlic and ginger and a separate tea for the cayenne pepper and the sage. That way the teas can be had at different times.
Also if you desire you can add the vittamin A and C to aide in the recovery from bronchitis.
