The following are the ingredients and items needed to make Chorizo con Queso and Potato Casserole

Half a pound of chorizo

One jar of queso

One bag of frozen hash browns (thawed)

One cup of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

One cup of sour cream

Square Baking Dish

Foil

This is a great casserole and it is very tasty; it is perfect for the autumn and winter days because it will keep you warm inside. The recipe is not that hard to make and it takes about fifty five to sixty five minutes to prepare and cook. The following recipe makes for about six to eight servings:

The first thing to do is to get the frozen hash browns and let them thaw; this should not take more than five to seven minutes.

Then in a bowl mix together the half a pound of chorizo, the queso, the thawed hash browns, and the sour cream and stir well for about a minute or two, and in the meantime pre heat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then add the mixture in a square baking dish and cover it with foil and let it rest for about three to five minutes.

At this point you will bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for forty five minutes, then remove the foil and top with the shredded Monterrey Jack cheese and put back in oven for about ten minutes until the cheese is completely melted.

Now you can serve it to your guests and see them enjoy the meal.
