How to be more motivated and optimistics

Do you always feel blue? Why should you? The world is a God gifted place and you can do so much, therefore, I don’t see any reasons why you should be depressed or locking yourself in your room. You should get out there and do what you can do to make life more enjoyable to live. I personally think that it’s a waste of precious time to sit at home and be sad and complain. Life won’t get better that way you know. You’re what you are and you have to just remind yourself that this is your life and it’s what it will be. You do have to be proactive at it and do what is good for you. You have to go out there and finish your goals. Life is not about complains or just sitting at home.

I feel like you only have a hundred years so you have to make the most out of it. Why should you care about the little stuff when all you have is a hundred years. That’s what I think. Life is so short you know. Maybe you’re feeling depressed because you have a medical condition that changes your brain chemistry into depressing brain chemistry. Depression is not just behavior induced but also because of brain chemistry induced. I think that you do have to find out the causation factors of your depression. Most of the time , it’s because the person has a medical illness or lack of a certain chemical inside of their body that makes them not happy. If you take fish oil or omega 3 fatty acid, it’ll curb your depression down a lot. I think that everyone should take omega 3 fatty acid because it makes your depression go away. I think a lot of people don’t take enough vitamins and minerals that their body needs.
