Eggs: 4 nos                                          

Refined flour :1.5 cups

Choco powder : 4 tsps

Sugar: 1.5 cups

Baking powder: 2 tsps

Vanila essence :1 tsp

Butter : 1 cup

dry fruits : 6-7 tsps

How to make:

Firstly we will make the sugar caramel. Take 4-5 tsps of sugar in a bowl and heat it on a low flame continously stirring it. Slowly slowly it will start melting and browning. When it becomes dark, remove it from the flame.Then just add 2-3 tsps of warm water to it ,from some distance so that you do not get burnt, again continously stirring it. The caramel is ready. Keep it aside until we prepare the mixture for the cake.

Now take the eggs and start beating them until the mixture become fluffy, then add butter to it Start beating the mixture again until it mixes well with eggs. After that  add powdered sugar and beat it again until the sugar mixes well. Now seperately take refined flour, baking powder and choco powder and mix them well. Slowly slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture stirring it continously in one direction and see that there are no lumps formed. Now add dry fruits, caramel and vanilla essence into the mixture again stirring it well for about 5-6 mintues until the mixture looks smooth and plain . Now perheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.  Pour the mixture into the well greased mould and place it into the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for about 15-20 mintues until it becomes dark brown.

Wait until it cooles down. Your cake is ready to serve for  your guests on this christmas party.
