Do an aerobic or weight training workout in the late afternoon for 30 minutes to an hour

Take a warm shower and exfoliate with either a buff puff or body scrub. Sea salt is especially effective.

Slather a silky soft body lotion on your whole body before bed. Your body should still be moist before application

Wash your hair and apply a heavy conditioner in the shower. Comb thru and leave in during your shower. Rinse last

Apply a leave in liberally and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Leave damp

Give your fingernails and toenails a quick manicure/pedicure and follow with a hand foot lotion once they are dry. Cover your feet with cotton socks after application.

Gently exfoliate your face and follow with a nighttime moisturizer that contains glycolic acid

Use olive oil underneath your eyes, on lips, and on any deep lines

Brush and floss teeth, and follow with a tooth whitener

Put on a lavender scent to encourage relaxation

Wear a sleep mask if your room is light

Use breathing strips if you snore

When you wake up use a refrigerated mask and apply to eyes for a few minutes to reduce puffiness

Do not drink alcohol close to bedtime. It dehydrates

Stay away from heavy meals for at least 3-4 hours before sleeping or you will wake up bloated

Workout at least 3-5 hours before bedtime

Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep if possible and stay on a regular sleep schedule.

All of these ideas will help you to maintain your beauty throughout a lifetime.
