Mini Pizza in Literally Minutes

I like to try different things when it comes to making a new dinner or lunch. My wife recently found a recipe somewhere and we modified it a little to make mini pizzas. This is a fast yet fun way to make a great snack food or dinner.

Preheat your oven to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Get your ingredients together which consist of, Pillsbury Grande Biscuits, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your choice of toppings. All of these ingredients can be found at your local grocery store.

You start with a package of Pillsbury’s Grande Biscuits. Remove and separate each biscuit from the container. Using a rolling pin, roll out each biscuit to a flat round shape similar to a small pizza and place then on a pan (that will eventually go into the oven).

Once rolled out, using a spoon, spread out your pizza sauce on top. Add mozzarella cheese and then toppings as you so desire. Place the pan that these mini pizzas are sitting on into your oven. They should cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

There you have it! Mini pizzas in a matter of minutes. It is easy, fast and best of all very little clean up. Give it a try and let me know you think.
