Delicious,cheap and for everybody`s taste are the following recipes. They could be used for coffee parties as a substitution of coffee. The third recipe is suitable for children and adults during cold winter mornings or early afternoons.

Recipe 1: Cocoa liquor

(preparation time:10 minutes;serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml alchohol (vodka or cognac)
  • 50 gr cocoa powder
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 vanilla
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method of preparation:

Put the cocoa into the alchohol and stirr well. Add the vanilla and the sugar with some water. On the top put the ice cubes.

Recipe 2: Cocoa fruit cocktail

(preparation time 15 minutes;serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • some slices apricot, peach or pears(from a can)
  • 50 ml fizzy water
  • 50 ml chocolate liquor
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 ml juice from the can

Method of preparation:

The fruits from the can should be cut into triangles and placed on the bottom of the glass for whisky. The juice from the can, the orange juice, the chocolate liquor and the fizzy water have to be mixed well and stirred. Pour them into the fruit. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top!

Recipe 3: Warm milk cacao drink

(Preparation 10 minutes;serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 bar of chocolate

Method of preparation:

Mix the  warm milk with the sugar and cacao powder. Stir well. Add the lemon juice at the end. Put a bar of chocolate on the top. Servee with some fruit cake.
