Apricot Roll

a package of butter (about 125 gr)

apricots from a can

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

5 tablespoons sugar

5 tablespoons flour

1 vanilla

powder sugar

Method of preparation:

In a baking pan heat the oil.Then place the halves of the apriicots but you have to dry them very carefully before doing this. Sprinkle the bread crumbs onto the apricots. Beat the eggs with the sugar. By constant stirring add the flour and the vanilla to the mixture of eggs. Put this new mixture onto the apricots and bake the dough. After it is baked until goldenbrown leave for cooling for about 5-6 minutes. Be ready with a sheet of paper and after the baked dough with the apricots is cooled a little bit, place it onto the paper which is sprinkled with sugar powder. Roll it. Leave it for cooling again. After it is cool enough unwrap it.Cut the roll into middle sized slices and serve it with tea or coffee. Enjoy it!

NB! The same recipe could be prepared with peach or cherry or any other fruit form a can.
