1 Vitamins hang out in water and are stored in your body and liver. They are there until your body needs them. There are 2 types of vitamins fat-soluble and water soluble. Fat-soluble can stay for days at a time even up to half a year, until your body utilizes them. Vitamins A,D,E,K are all fat-soluble. Water -soluble are different. When you eat foods with them in it your body does not store them as much. They go pretty much right threw you. When you urinate you excrete them. They are in the c vitamins and the B1,B2,B6 and B12.
A vitamins are good for your eyes and to see color B vitamins are for Energy and metabolic activity that’s what gives you the energy. It also makes the red blood cells. That’s what carries the oxygen threw your body. Your whole body needs this to work properly. That’s why when you are drained of energy you need those B vitamins. C is for keeping your body tissue and muscles in good condition. D is to keep your bones strong and your teeth. YouCan Live To Be 100 Vitamins are a very important part of everybody’s life. Unfortunately only 3% of the population get enough nutrition every day. That’s sad because there are ways to get that nutrition in a really good multiple vitamin . 50% of the population is over 50 years old.
