Christmas Coffee

Eggnog is out in the stores again. Now is a good time for you to try this exciting Christmas coffee drink. It’s really tasty, so you may want to make sure to pick up enough eggnog and coffee to allow you to share this with your family and friends. It could become contageous and you might find yourself having to do without if supplies run short.

Your choice of coffee will make a difference in the flavor. I used fresh ground french vanilla coffee beans and filtered water to make my coffee with. There are many different flavors and types of coffee available to choose from so this recipe can have a lot of variables. I use a regular grind and make regular coffee. It could be that an espresso would be just as tasty if you want a little more zip.

The list of items you’ll need for this are pretty basic:

1. Coffee

2. Coffee cup

3. Eggnog

Optional:

4. Whipped cream

5. Cinnamon

I prefer to use fresh ground coffee, but of course it’s up to you and your taste buds to decide.

Just fill your coffee cup 2/3 full with coffee and the remaining 1/3 with your favorite eggnog. Now it’s ready to drink.

If you like this, you may also want to try adding a pinch of cinnamon and/or a scoop or two of whip cream. You may use more coffee with less eggnog or more eggnog with less coffee. Whatever suits you.

Now, to have it exactly how you like it is up to you. What’s better than that? How good it tastes is only limited by your imagination and your decisions.

I hope you have enjoyed this article and I wish you a very merry Christmas!
