Your body does not produce antioxidants,
so it is essential to eat or drink these substances to benefit from

The body continually replenishes its cells.
Our bodies are constantly going through a process called cellular metabolism,
the body creates energy,and cells and fixes any damage.
The downside of cellular metabolism is the creation of free radicals.
Molecules in the form of free radicals can damage your body.
They are missing an electron,so it makes them unstable.
Free radicals will steal electrons from cells to become stable.
This results in damaged cells.
Changes in our bodies is due to this process. Diseases like cancer,
arthritis, diabetes, and other deficiencies can affect you as you age.
Cigarette smoke, carbon monoxide and the sun’s radioactive rays can also be a cause of free radicals.
The more free radicals we are exposed to,
the greater the chance of deterioration of the cells can occur.
Antioxidant substances combine with free radicals and neutralize them.
Antioxidants have been shown to be of great help in the free radical problem.
Once they are neutralized, they can’t do any more damage.
Scientists don’t have any idea of a recommended daily dose of antioxidants,
but they do know that eating foods with antioxidants makes a big difference in how we live.
