How to Make Rosemary Potatoes with a Twist

Ingredients that you will need:

  • ½ Pound of Red Potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Paprika
  • ½ glass of Prosecco (or any white wine)
  • 1/3 of cup of shaved Parmesan (or Pecorino cheese)
  • Olive oil

This is a recipe that I made up recently after I got good at making normal rosemary potatoes and therefore decided to get a little creative and the turnout is pretty good and they are a great side dish for any meat entrée especially chicken or duck or even fish like say a salmon, tilapia or red snapper.

The first thing to do is get a bowl and inside add some olive oil, paprika, rosemary and half of the ½ a glass of Prosecco (or the white wine of your choice) and in the meantime pre heat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next cut the potatoes in slices and add them in the bowl adding the rest of the wine and some more paprika and let it sit for five minutes.

At this point take a baking pan and grease it with olive oil and add some more rosemary to it add the potatoes to the baking pan and put them in the oven. Lower the heat to 350 degrees and oven bake for about forty five minutes to an hour or until you see the potatoes getting a golden touch.

At this point take out the potatoes from the oven and let them cool down for a minute or two before serving to your guests.
