Blueberries:

Blueberries are great in taste and they can they are also good for your short term memory. The reason behind this is that these are very good in anti-oxidants which helps in fighting free radicals, free radicals are also known as the indoor and outdoor pollution. These free radicals can weaken our memory and concentration but the anti-oxidant power in blueberries prevent them from harming or entering our brain capacity. In a laboratory experiment in Boston, scientist gave one group of rats a diet with blueberries and they gave a diet to the second group with no blueberries at all. So what they discovered was that the blueberries stave off declines in our brain’s abilities to send messages to another one, this means that the blueberries work as an anti-aging remedy for our brains.

Fishes:

Fishes are great to help our brainpower, memory and mental clarity as well. The reason for this is that fishes are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids improve our brain function, these acids are also known as DHA, studies show that diets which are low in DHA becomes a cause to Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss.

Tomatoes:

Tomato helps our memory too because it is rich in lycopene, products such as ketchup are good for your brain. This wonderful nutrient, lycopene is found in the tomato fruit.

Pumpkin seeds:

Pumpkin seeds can easily improve your memory because these seeds are naturally packed with anti-oxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids, both of these are excellent brain boosting nutrients.
