Things You’ll Need:
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 4 cups of cooked white rice (cold)
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce

- Step 1 heat sauce pan over medium heat on stove
First, heat a sauce pan on the stove over medium heat and add the ingredients in the following steps.
- Step 2 add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the sauce pan.
- Step 3 add 2 eggs
Crack 2 eggs and add them to the sauce pan.
- Step 4 add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Add 1/2 of a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Step 5 add 1 teaspoon salt
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Step 6 scramble eggs and other ingredients lightly
Scramble the eggs along with the other ingredients lightly and then remove the eggs from the heat and set aside.
- Step 7 add 5 tablespoons of oil to another sauce pan and heat
Next, get a large sauce pan and add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat.
- Step 8 add cooked rice and stir fry for 5 minutes
Once the oil is hot, add the cold cooked rice and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Then, add the ingredients in the following steps.
- Step 9 add scrambled eggs
Add the scrambled eggs.
- Step 10 add chopped onions
Add the chopped onions.
- Step 11 add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Then, continue to stir fry for a few more minutes to heat and mix everything up well.
- Step 12 delicious fried rice ready to eat
Lastly, remove from heat and serve. That’s all there is to it. If you want to add some meat to the recipe, you can cook a couple of large boneless skinless chicken breasts, and chop them up and add them to the rice as you stir fry it. It’s delicious. Enjoy!
