Firefly Tapas and Bar restaurant is located on 3900 Paradise Rd., Suite A and the hours of operations are Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 A.M to 2:00 A.M, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 A.M to 3:00 A.M, while happy hour is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M and Friday  from 3:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M. The neat thing about tapas is that you can order different dishes and savor them since the portions are small.

For their drinks you can order one of their special sangria’s red or white for $6.00 a glass or one of their mojitos a regular one for $7.00, or a mango, orange or raspberry for $7.50 a glass, or one of their martinis such as the caramel apple, banana-coconut or an espresso chocolate for $8.00.

While for their chilled tapas you can have a gazpacho which is a cold tomato soup or artichoke toast which comes is the hearts with aioli, basil and pepper for $3.50, or you can order a sausage plate which comes with four imported Spanish sausages, cornichons, capers, and mustard for $7.50, or even a smoked salmon platter which is a brioche toast, sour cream, pickled ginger and capers for $7.00.

For their hot tapas instead you can order the tortilla a la Espanola which is egg, potato, onion, garlic, and s chili vinaigrette for $3.50, or stuffed peppers which are Spanish red peppers, fresh mozzarella, garlic cream cheese, and tomato sauce or the mushroom tart which is puff pastry, boursin cheese for$6.50.

For their meat and poultry tapas you can order the famous empanadas which are pastry stuffed with roasted pork, red pepper, and aioli for $4.50, crispy duck rolls or even the merquez which are spicy lamb sausage, tomato-pepper and grilled bread for $8.00, or even the petit filet which is a mini filet mignon, herb cheese, roasted red potato and mushrooms in a red wine sauce for $10.00.

For their seafood tapas you can have their pulpo asado which is marinated and grilled octopus, potato, and tomato for $7.50, or even an Ahi tuna skewer which is mango, basil and mustard-ginger glaze for $10.00.
