Mama Jennie’s Italian Café is located at 11720 North East 2nd Ave and the hours of operation are Monday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Sunday from 12:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The restaurant offers different home cooked meals mainly of Italian-American dishes, and has been in business for over 35 years in the north side of Miami and is a great family style restaurant.

The restaurant also offers different kinds of wines; by the glass you can order the Chablis for $4.00, White Zinfandel for $4.50, or Cabernet Sauvignon, Chianti, Merlot or a Pinot Grigio for $4.75. Instead by the bottle you can order Kendal Jackson Chardonnay a California wine for $24.00, Fat Bastard Sauvignon Blanc a French wine for $19.00,
Placido from Italy for $17.00 or if you prefer the Martini & Rossi for $22.00.

For appetizers you can order baked stuffed mushrooms, fried mozzarella or fried zucchini sticks for $5.75 or the fresh tomato mozzarella and basil plate (most commonly known as the Caprese salad) for $5.25 or even the fried calamari for $7.25.

For their pasta entrées you choose the type of pasta between spaghetti, linguini or ziti and then the sauce, for example a simple tomato sauce, a meat sauce or a marinara sauce will be $7.95, while a meatball or sausage sauce will be $9.00, for a butter sauce is $7.55 and for the broccoli, garlic and oil is $10.25. But then you have a choice of the bakes pastas such as the lasagna or manicotti, or baked ravioli, baked ziti Lombardo with sausage or stuffed shells for $10.75, or you can choose the simple baked ziti for $9.95.
