The restaurant O’Cajcen Seafood is located at 1635 Broadway in the Pearland neighborhood and the hours of operations are from Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M and Sunday from 11:00 A.M to 8:00  P.M and the place is closed on Monday. The restaurant got the Best Independent Cajun Restaurant of the Year In The Greater Houston Area for the years 2006 and 2007 so it is a must try Cajun restaurant in town and do not forget to taste their crawfish!

For their appetizers you can order three Boudin Balls for $3.49, or the Grrrrrrreat Gator Bites which is half a pound of tender alligator tail served with sauce for $6.99, or even the Cajcen Hot Bites which is jalapeño poppers filled with cheddar cheese and served with a side Ranch for $4.99, or even the Starter Portion o’ Crawdaddies which is a side scoop of our deliciously fried mudbugs with a dipping sauces for $6.99.

Or you can order the fried seafood plattas (or more commonly known platters) and they all come with French fries and two slices of French bread such as crawfish tails, catfish fillets for $9.99 or even gator platter for $10.99, Or you can order their awesome gumbo with a dark rue and with crawfish, shrimp and smoked sausage a small portion for $5.99 or even the delicious etouffee which a cross between a soup and a gravy served over white rice or dirty rice with either shrimp or crawfish for $6.49.

And for their Cain’t Geaux Wrong Combeaux’s section you can order the Gumbo and Boudin Balls which is small gumbo and two Boudin Balls for $8.99, or the crawfish times too which is a regular order of fried crawfish tails, fries, French bread and a cup of etouffee for $11.99, or even the half shrimp Po-boy and cup of gumbo, which is a po-boy with fries for $8.49.

The restaurant also offers a daily lunch special menu from 11:00 A.M to 3:00 P:M and you can order different meals such as the number one which is a plate with six fried shrimp and fries, the number two which is six fried oysters and fries or the number nine which is a cup of gumbo and a boudin link or even the number ten which is gumbo cup, four fried shrimp and one fried catfish.
