Due to their high calorie content these foods will add to your pounds. You should always try to eat healthy. Regular workouts not only increase your muscle mass but also speed up the rate of metabolism. Increase in your muscle mass as well as your metabolic rate will help you burn more fat in less time. Physical activities such as brisk walking and jogging are also beneficial for this purpose. Avoid the use of vehicles as much as you can and instead make use of your legs even when you go outside for work. If you go to the marketplace in your car, start using your legs instead. Try to climb up through the stairs while going to your office instead of using the lift!
