<u>The ingredients for the recipe are:
- 2 packets of morning coffee biscuits
- 1 packet of copha
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 125g of sugar
- 2 eggs
In a large bowl, place the sugar, eggs and cocoa. Mix slightly and melt the copha, add the copha slowly to the mixture in the bowl and mix it well.
With the biscuits, you will need a greased lined lamington-style baking tray. Layer the biscuits in the tray length ways. Then, you cover it with the liquid mixture. Layer the biscuits again, but opposite way, cover with liquid again, layer biscuits again and cover with the mixture and continue until you have finished with liquid.
Decorate the top of the slice if you wish with coconut, sprinkles, 100s and 1000s or anything you want. I use those sparkly aqua, silver and gold chocolate beads things to decorate the top. Finally you place the slice to cool in the fridge for around 2-4 hours, and then remove the slice from the fridge to cut and serve. If you want, you can try adding some lovely raspberries, strawberries, cherries or even some white chocolate buds to the top of the slice.
