One of the most unique Asian foods is Besh Barmak, a popular Kazakhstan dish. It consists of boiled horse or

mutton meat with small pieces of pastry boiled in broth and sprinkled with parsley and coriander. The meat is

usually diced with knives and often mixed with boiled noodles. It is usually served in a big oval dish.

Shawarma which has become popular worldwide is the national dish of UAE. It is a Middle easternArabic-style

sandwich-like wrap usually composed of shaved lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, beef or a hala mixture of meats. It is

a popular dish and fast-food staple across the Middle East and North Africa.

This tempting food from Syria is a Levanmtine Arab salad dish. Its primary ingredients are finely chopped parsely,

bulgur, mint tomato, scallion and other herbs with lemon juice, olive oil and various seasonings, generally

including black pepper and sometimes cinnamon and allspice.

popular Nepalese dish called Dal bhat, a South Asian and staple dish that vary by locality, ethnic group, family, as
