Health problems can also cause stress. Constantly worrying will today be the day I forget an important pill, or making so many trips to the hospital can be very stressful and depressing. Not to mention bills and taking care of your family. It’s funny how you see things differently when you’re sick that’s when you want to help the most, and sometimes you can’t. Laughter, taking deep breathes and pampering your self will relieve a great amount of stress when you’re sick. Not worrying will help a great deal as well. Worrying cause tension and the heart to work hard just relax and take a day off for you.

Aging parents can also cause stress. When you were young you never imagined your parents handicap or unable to take care of them selves. Parents seem like super hero’s when you’re young, but when you become an adult you see the truth. Sometimes facing the true can be very difficult. Always being thankful for your parents is a great way to relieve stress. Remembering the things they’ve done for you will take the sadness and stress away. Exercising is another great stress reliever. By exercising you’ll become healthier and happier. Maybe you could even go for a walk with your parent.

School can also cause a huge deal of stress. For freshmen and seniors it seems as if it’ll never end. Just remember why you’re in school in the first place not just to further your education but to also have a better livelihood for you and your family. Calming the stress of school is quite simple get along with others and communicate always with your teachers. Being friendly to others will open doors for new friendships and the company of friends will certainly ease you.

Finding ways to relax are all around you. Just find something you love to do and stick with it.
