Firstly to have proper digestion you have to drink enough water to assist the body with getting rid of bad bacteria that may cause after eating discomfort enough water will also help to keep you regular. It’s NO fun having a full colon and a full stomach. Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day!
