1. Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Penne pasta
2 Mozzarellas (fresh)
2/3 Fresh tomatoes
Basil (doesn’t have to be fresh)

Directions
Boil water and cook the pasta for about 10-12 minutes
In a bowl a add olive oil, basil, sliced tomatoes and cut mozzarella
Add the pasta and mix

2.Pasta a la vodka

Ingredients:
Penne pasta
1 can crushed tomatoes
4 tablespoons vodka
2/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 10 minutes

In a skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil. Pour in tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes on low. Stir in the vodka. Add cream. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve over the cooked penne.

Penne Pasta

Parsley

Directions:

In another pan add the cream, a pinch of salt and Tabasco.
Cut the salmon and add to it. Cook on low and continue stirring.
